Location was okay. Staff was amazing, helpful.
I did not expect the rooms to be simple and spacious enough for two people with not a lot of luggage. our fan was not working but when we asked the receptionist she instantly sent us a new fan and it worked great. loved the receptionist she was very nice to speak to, the breakfast was halal as well which i personally loved. 10/10 will book again.
the room was on the roof and it have 2 very small windows .. it is not a real room for a Hotel the 4th floor is the worse
I arrieved at 11:AM but the room was not clean. I put my bag and went outside so they can clean the room. The worst thing was that the blanket cover smelled so bad and dirty. Room was full of mosquitos I think and they bit me.

The room was quite small, but adequate for a solo traveler. I think more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. The room lacked essentials such as a hair dryer, bath towel - for which I had to ask for extra and the hotel staff was helpful and provided them upon request.
There were stains on my pillow and sheets

Great location, unfortunately, no breakfast. I have known this hotel for many years, and I am so disappointed that they d not serve breakfast anymore!
Amazing hotel very comfortable and clean room - just in-front of metro station and tram as well which makes the location very convenient. Shams the lady in the reception was so welcoming and helpful she was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
It is close to the AKH, train station and McDonald's

This is was our one night in Vienna and it was just what we needed! The hotel is right next to the subway station. Comfy beds and hot water is the plus. During winter the room was warm.
I like the personnel specially Madam Shams she was very helpful
