Meeting point at the parking lot in front of the Nockspitzbahn. From Innsbruck via the Völser Straße to Götzens. In the village at the church turn left into Neu-Götzner-Straße and follow the street. Turn right in Reitl to the Nockspitzbahn car park.

What to expect
This course focuses on the following content:
- Bike setup – seating position and damping
- Basic position and line of sight
- Hill start
- Braking techniques – safe and low-wear
- Switching technology for clean gear changes
- Curve technology - large and small radii
- Front and rear wheel lifting
Requirements:
Driving ability: S0 – S1
The aim is to improve riding skills by practicing the content and to be able to apply it practically when mountain biking on trails in the mountains.
